At MUSCLEON NUTRITION, we deliver sports nutrition products across Pakistan. We aim to process and deliver every order safely and on time.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

For COD orders, we may contact you through phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

FREE DELIVERY is available across Pakistan on all orders, whether you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) or Advance/Online Payment.

There is no advance payment requirement to qualify for free delivery.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number.

MUSCLEON NUTRITION is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to courier services, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
