If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer regarding the order or cancel the unavailable item and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, unless otherwise required due to an obvious pricing or technical error.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY across Pakistan on all orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number for order and delivery communication.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided by the customer, any resulting delay, failed delivery, or additional delivery cost may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

MUSCLEON NUTRITION offers a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused
Unopened
Unsealed
In its original packaging
In a condition suitable for resale

Opened, used, or unsealed supplements cannot be returned.

For approved returns, only delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
